BCGame Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know Before Playing

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use bcgame. This is an absolute requirement and there are no exceptions. BCGame takes age verification seriously and implements checks at multiple stages of the account lifecycle – at registration, before your first withdrawal and at any point where we have reason to suspect a player may be underage.

Eligibility Requirements

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing bcgame from your own device and of your own free will.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person when placing bets or managing your account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of any employee or contractor of BCGame or its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bcgame or had an account suspended or permanently closed for rule violations.
• You are not knowingly using funds derived from unlawful activity.

BCGame reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation. This process protects all players on bcgame by ensuring the platform is not misused.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one bcgame account. Operating multiple accounts – whether under your own name, a variation of it, a family member's identity or any false identity – is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide your real full name exactly as it appears on your CNIC.
• Your registered mobile number must be a Pakistani number that you personally own and control.
• The email address you register with must be one you actively use and have access to.
• Your date of birth must be accurate – providing a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ requirement is grounds for immediate permanent account closure.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. BCGame will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone.

BCGame uses the information you provide during registration for account management, identity verification, payment processing and responsible gaming monitoring. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If any of your registered details change – particularly your mobile number or payment method – you must update them promptly through account settings or by contacting support.

Attempting to register a new account after a previous account has been closed for rule violations, or during an active self-exclusion period, constitutes a serious breach of these terms. BCGame employs detection systems to identify such attempts and will take appropriate action including reporting to relevant authorities where required.

BCGame processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are available through Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice – please check the cashier section of your bcgame account for current options.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay; Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card.
• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• BCGame does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the account investigated.
• Deposits are credited to your bcgame balance as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider. BCGame is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• BCGame processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 5 minutes of processing. IBFT transfers may take up to 2 business days depending on your bank.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This typically requires a valid CNIC copy and confirmation of your payment method.
• BCGame reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where unusual activity has been detected on an account.

Any attempt to reverse, dispute or charge back a deposit after using the funds for betting is considered fraud and will result in immediate account suspension, recovery of any associated winnings and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

BCGame offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback offers, rebate programmes and event-specific promotions tied to major cricket, football and PSL fixtures. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated alongside each offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise explicitly stated. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, per IP address and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in bonus cancellation and return of the deposit only (where applicable).
• BCGame reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse any bonus where it has reason to believe the bonus is being abused or where the terms have not been met in good faith.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any uncompleted wagering requirement at the time a bonus expires will result in the remaining bonus balance being removed from your account automatically.
• BCGame reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already in progress by players who have already opted in and started wagering.

By placing a bet or joining a game on bcgame, you confirm that you understand the rules of that game or betting market and accept the outcome as final once the result has been determined and the market settled. Ignorance of game rules is not grounds for a refund.

Sports Betting Specific Rules

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Any subsequent change in odds does not affect existing confirmed bets.
• In the event that a market is settled incorrectly due to a technical error, bcgame reserves the right to void and re-settle the affected bets using the correct result. Players will be notified of any such correction.
• Bets placed on suspended or abandoned events will be voided and stakes returned unless the event has been completed to a point where the result is no longer in question, as determined by bcgame's sports rules.
• Cash Out is available on eligible bets as displayed on the bet slip. The cash out value at the time of action is final. BCGame is not liable for technical issues preventing cash out execution within a specific timeframe.
• Maximum winnings per single bet event are capped as displayed within the relevant market. BCGame reserves the right to impose additional limits on specific markets or events.

Live Casino Specific Rules

• In live casino games, the dealer's actions are final once the dealing phase of a round has concluded. Any technical disconnection on the player's side does not constitute grounds for a refund of bets already placed and confirmed before disconnection.
• In the event of a technical failure on bcgame's side that prevents the completion of a live casino round, the affected round will be voided and all bets returned to player accounts.
• Side bets in live casino games are subject to the same rules as main bets and are settled according to the game provider's stated rules, which take precedence in the event of any ambiguity.

BCGame uses certified random number generation software for all non-live digital games. The RNG systems are independently audited. Results are not influenced by previous outcomes, bet sizes or account status.

BCGame is committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity on bcgame. These tools are available in the account settings section and are effective immediately upon activation.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum amount of time you can spend on bcgame per session before being automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Configure a regular on-screen reminder of how long you have been playing and how much you have spent or won during that session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from bcgame. Temporary exclusions run for a minimum of 30 days. During any exclusion period, you may not register a new account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these terms.

BCGame may initiate contact with a player or temporarily restrict their account if our systems detect patterns consistent with problem gambling. The following activities are strictly prohibited on bcgame and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Using false identity information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game bugs or odds discrepancies for unfair advantage (commonly referred to as "arbitrage" or "arbing" in the context of intentionally exploiting odds differences across markets).
• Using automated betting software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with bcgame's systems without prior written authorisation.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, Teen Patti or any other competitive game format.
• Attempting to launder money through bcgame deposits, betting activity or withdrawals.
• Sharing login credentials with another person or accessing another person's bcgame account.
• Using VPN, proxy or other anonymising tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security systems.
• Making abusive, threatening or discriminatory communications toward bcgame staff or other players via any channel.
• Registering or attempting to register during an active self-exclusion period.

BCGame monitors platform activity continuously for prohibited behaviour. Suspension decisions made under this section are at bcgame's sole discretion. We will provide a clear explanation to any suspended player upon request, subject to not compromising ongoing investigations.

You may close your bcgame account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance that has cleared verification requirements will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided no pending withdrawals or investigations are active.

BCGame may close or suspend your account with immediate effect in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that eligibility requirements were not met at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Providing false or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Activity inconsistent with legitimate personal use of the platform (including patterns associated with money laundering).
• A regulatory, legal or law enforcement requirement to do so.

In the event of account closure by bcgame due to rule violations, any bonus funds, free bets or promotional credits in the account will be forfeited. Real money deposits will be returned in appropriate circumstances after investigation, at bcgame's discretion. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may appeal via the dispute resolution process described in Section 12.

All content on bcgame-play.net – including but not limited to the BCGame brand name and logo, game interfaces, website design, written content, images, data feeds and software – is the intellectual property of BCGame or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bcgame platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from bcgame without prior written permission. Systematic downloading, scraping or automated access to bcgame's content or data for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

Game content, odds data and live streaming feeds on bcgame are provided under licence from third-party providers. These licences do not transfer any ownership rights to the end user. Any unauthorised commercial use of live odds data, game imagery or streaming content from bcgame constitutes a breach of both these terms and the applicable third-party licence agreements.

BCGame provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, free from errors or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

BCGame's liability to any individual player is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time a claim arises. BCGame is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of business or any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Technical failures, delays or errors caused by internet service providers, mobile network operators or payment processors outside bcgame's direct control.
• Any losses arising from a player's failure to follow the game rules, bonus terms or these Terms and Conditions.
• Losses incurred during any period when a player's account was suspended pending investigation, where that suspension was conducted in accordance with these terms.
• Any winnings that resulted from a manifest error in the odds, game outcome or settlement process that has subsequently been corrected under bcgame's error correction policy.

Nothing in these terms limits BCGame's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your bcgame account, a game result, a payment or any other aspect of your experience on the platform, please contact our customer support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing support@bcgame-play.net. We aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours.

Formal Complaints Process

• Step 1: Contact bcgame support via live chat or email with full details of your complaint, including your account username, the date and time of the issue, and any relevant transaction or game round IDs.
• Step 2: BCGame's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide an estimated resolution timeframe.
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the first response, you may escalate your complaint by requesting a review by bcgame's management team. Management review decisions are typically issued within 7 business days.
• Step 4: If the dispute remains unresolved after the management review, you may request referral to an independent dispute resolution service. BCGame will cooperate fully with any such process.

All disputes are governed by these Terms and Conditions. By using bcgame, you agree that any dispute arising from your use of the platform will be handled through this complaints process as the first recourse, and you waive the right to pursue legal action without first completing this process.

BCGame collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By accepting these terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy. Key points regarding data handling on bcgame:

BCGame reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, BCGame will send a notification to the email address associated with your account at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

If you disagree with any changes to these terms, you should close your bcgame account before the changes take effect and withdraw any remaining balance. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
